Description:
Crackle nail polish is applied as a top coating to go over an allready used base polish. It has a chemical in it which gets it dry faster than standard polish which in turn creates the cracks. Crackle nail polish comes in a great number of colors and models but really should always be applied very lightly to acheive the best results.
